1. About us

This website and the services described on it are operated by Corpus Health Ltd ("Corpus Health", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 1 Pembroke Gate, Newlands Drive, Maidenhead, SL6 4LL. You can contact us at hello@corpushealth.co.uk.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

3. Our services

Corpus Health provides on-site and virtual workplace wellbeing services including physiotherapy, sports massage, movement, nutrition and recovery sessions, plus consulting and reporting for employer clients. The specific scope of a programme is set out in the order you place or the proposal we agree with you.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
  • send spam, attempt to access other accounts, or infringe intellectual property;
  • introduce malware, attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or interfere with its operation;
  • scrape, copy or republish content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, software and programme materials — is owned by Corpus Health or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site and any materials provided as part of a programme, solely for their intended purpose.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the site and our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance or improvements.

8. Orders, payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

In addition, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on self-serve digital purchases. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date by visiting paddle.net or contacting us at hello@corpushealth.co.uk.

9. Bespoke programmes

Enterprise programmes are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, term and cancellation. Those terms take precedence over this section where they conflict.

10. Health information disclaimer

Content on this website is general information and is not medical advice. Always seek advice from a qualified clinician about your individual health situation. Where you book a session with a Corpus Health practitioner, that practitioner will provide care based on the information you give them.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you in connection with the services is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the services or content you provide to us.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site or services for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Where we do so, we will give you reasonable notice unless the breach makes immediate action necessary.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date last updated.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that we may bring proceedings in your country of residence if required by law.
