I started Corpus Health after experiencing my own injury and realising how hard it is to balance recovery with the demands of work and performance. Getting the right support quickly wasn't easy, and it opened my eyes to how many people are expected to perform at a high level without the wellbeing infrastructure to back them up.
Elite athletes have entire teams around them: physios, coaches, nutritionists, recovery specialists. The same people powering our most ambitious companies are usually left to sort it out alone. And it doesn't stop at their own time. Every untreated niggle becomes weeks on a waiting list, half-days lost to private appointments across town, and recovery that drags on because no one is joining the dots. The cost lands twice: once on the person, and again on the business they were hired to move forward.
