1. Definitions

-“We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Corpus Health.

-“You,” “Your" refers to the client or user of our website and services.

-“Services” refers to sports therapy and massage services provided through our platform. 

 

2. Booking and Payments 

- All bookings must be made via our website or approved communication channels.

- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

- Prices are displayed clearly on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

- Discounts, promotions, and membership benefits apply only as stated in their respective terms.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

- Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the session.

- No-shows will be considered a late cancellation and will not be refunded. 

 

4. Service Delivery 

- Our therapists will arrive at the booked location with all necessary equipment.

- Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the service to be delivered.

- Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if they feel unsafe or if inappropriate behaviour occurs.

 

5. Client Responsibilities 

- Clients must provide accurate and complete information during booking.

- Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to the session.

- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to receive therapy services. 

 

6. Health and Safety 

- Our therapists are qualified professionals and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

- Corpus Health is not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or health-related issue arising during or after the session unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

 

7. Membership Plans 

- Membership benefits are valid only during the active membership period.

- Memberships are non-transferable.

- Corpus Health reserves the right to modify or terminate membership plans with prior notice. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

- Corpus Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

- Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. 

 

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

 

10. Termination of Services 

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate memberships at our discretion if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behaviour. 

 

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
